Data Deletion Request
At Enumerate, we take your privacy and data security seriously. To request the deletion of your account and associated data, please follow the steps outlined below.
Steps to Request Data Deletion
- Submit a Data Deletion Request:
- Click the button at the bottom of this page to submit a support request.
- In the support request, please provide the following information: first name, last name, email address, property address and contact phone number.
- Email Verification:
- After submitting your request, you will receive an email verifying your request.
- Processing the Request:
- Once verified, your request will be reviewed and processed within 30 days. You will receive an email notification when your data deletion has been completed.
Types of Data That Are Deleted or Retained
Deleted Data:
- Account Information: This includes your email address, username, password, and any other data associated with your account.
- Personal Data: All data collected during registration (e.g. profile information, settings, preferences) will be deleted.
- Usage Data: Any data related to your account activity (e.g. posts, comments, interactions) will be removed.
- Third-Party Integrations: If your account has been integrated with third-party applications (e.g. Google, Facebook), data associated with these integrations will also be deleted.
Retained Data:
- Transaction History: We may retain limited data necessary to comply with legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. financial transaction records, payment history).
- Backup Data: Copies of your data might be kept temporarily for backup and disaster recovery purposes. These backups will be securely deleted after 180 days.
Additional Retention Periods
- Legal Obligations: We may retain certain data to comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax regulations, data retention laws). This data will only be kept for the minimum required period as per applicable laws.
- Customer Support Records: If you have contacted our support team, some data related to your support interactions (e.g., support tickets) may be retained for up to 24 months to assist with resolving any ongoing issues.
- Marketing Data: If you have consented to receive marketing communications, we may retain data related to your preferences and consent history until you withdraw that consent.
